Randy C. Schustal

Managing Partner

For over 30 years, Randy C. Schustal has focused on all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation and divorce agreements, equitable distribution of property, custody & parenting time, financial support, collaborative law, same sex custody disputes and matrimonial procedures. The firm also adeptly handles real estate transactions, estate planning, wills, landlord tenant issues, name changes and other areas of law.

Randy was admitted to the Bar in 1989 and graduated with honors from both New York University and Brooklyn Law School where she is currently an adjunct professor. She has received special recognition from the American Bar Association and is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association Marital Pro-bono Program and the Richmond County Bar Association. She has been appointed to consult on matters before the Supreme Court matrimonial division and over the course of 30 years she has successfully resolved and tried matters both in the lower courts and the appellate division.

Jordan A. Weiner

Partner

Jordan A. Weiner is a skilled and versatile attorney with experience in real estate, commercial litigation, housing court, estate planning and matrimonial law. He trained alongside judges in the Matrimonial Division of the Supreme Court of Richmond County and at the Children’s Law Center, building a strong foundation in family law. He went on to practice at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, handling both matrimonial matters and medical malpractice defense, before expanding his experience in housing court, real estate, and elder law across New York and New Jersey. In 2021, Jordan joined the Law Offices of Craig Fine, where he handled a broad range of real estate, business, and litigation matters.

In 2026, he partnered with Randy C. Schustal to form Schustal & Weiner, LLP, strengthening their commitment to serving the Staten Island community. Jordan is known for being responsive, strategic, and results-driven—approaching every matter with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on practical solutions that put his clients first. Jordan is a member of the RCBA and NYSBA.
